Refund Policy

Last updated: 2026-08-17

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of BoardsBridge ABA Applied Exam Pass (the "Service") sold by Uri Rozen (the "seller") at boardbridge.live. Payments are processed by Paddle.com (Merchant of Record), which handles the actual refund transaction. This policy states the seller's own refund window and process.

14-day satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided you have not completed more than two (2) full oral-board practice sessions on the Service. After the 14-day window or after the two-session usage threshold, the pass is considered used and is non-refundable.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@boardbridge.live from the email address associated with your account.
  2. Include your order number or the email used at checkout.
  3. State that you are requesting a refund under this policy.

I will review your request and, if it meets the criteria above, instruct Paddle to issue the refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days after Paddle processes them.

Non-refundable cases

  • Requests made after the 14-day window, except where required by mandatory consumer law.
  • Requests from accounts that have completed more than two full practice sessions, indicating the pass was used.
  • Requests involving fraud, chargeback abuse, or violation of the Terms of Service.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence (for example, EU/UK consumer protection laws or Israeli consumer law). If a mandatory right entitles you to a refund beyond what is stated here, that right prevails.

Access after refund

Once a refund is issued, your access to the Service will be revoked and any associated access grant will be deactivated.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact me first at support@boardbridge.live before initiating a chargeback. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Paddle's role

Paddle is the Merchant of Record and the seller of record for the transaction. Paddle processes the refund on my instruction. For Paddle's own refund-handling terms, see Paddle's refund policy. This seller policy governs eligibility; Paddle's policy governs the mechanics of the refund transaction.

Changes to this policy

I may update this Refund Policy from time to time. I will post the updated version here with a revised "Last updated" date. Any refund request is evaluated under the policy in effect at the time of your purchase.
