Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BoardsBridge ABA Applied Exam Pass (the "Service"), operated by Uri Rozen ("I", "me", "the seller") at boardbridge.live. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Payments for the Service are processed by Paddle.com (Merchant of Record). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all transactions and is responsible for billing, taxes, and refunds under its own terms. These Terms cover your use of the Service as the seller's customer.

Eligibility

The Service is an oral-board exam preparation tool intended for licensed physicians and physicians in training. You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account.

Your account

• Provide accurate, current information when creating your account.
• Keep your password and credentials confidential and secure.
• Notify me promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

The Service

The Service provides AI-generated oral-board practice cases, an AI examiner, debriefs, and related study tools. The Service is an educational aid and does not constitute medical advice, clinical guidance, or a guarantee of any exam outcome. You are solely responsible for how you apply what you practice here in clinical settings.

I may update, change, or discontinue features, cases, or the Service at any time without notice, except as required by law or as described in the Refund Policy.

Purchases, billing, and refunds

When you purchase the BoardsBridge ABA Applied Exam Pass, the transaction is processed by Paddle.com (Merchant of Record). Pricing, taxes, and billing are handled by Paddle. Refunds are governed by my Refund Policy and Paddle's refund process. By submitting a purchase, you authorize Paddle to charge the displayed price, including any applicable taxes.

Access to the Service is granted for the period stated on the pricing page (currently through November 1, 2026) and is tied to your account. Access is non-transferable and may not be resold or shared.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Share, resell, or transfer your account or access to others.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying models or content.
• Introduce malware, automate abuse, or interfere with the Service's operation.
• Use the Service to provide medical advice to patients or substitute for clinical judgment.
• Misrepresent the Service as medical guidance or as affiliated with any board or licensing body.

I may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, fraud, or to protect the Service and other users.

Your content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (for example, your spoken responses during practice). You grant me a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process that content solely to provide and improve the Service, including sending it to AI providers to generate examiner turns and debriefs for you.

Intellectual property

The Service, including case content, examiner prompts, debriefs, branding, and software, is owned by me or my licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own exam preparation. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its content without my written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. I do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any exam outcome will result from its use. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for verifying clinical information against authoritative sources.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid me for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, and in no event will I be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or exam outcomes.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of others' rights.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. I may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any business reason with reasonable notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service, except that you may bring claims in your local consumer-protection jurisdiction if required by mandatory consumer law.

Changes to these Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. I will post the updated version here with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
